2024 California District 4 Rules Training Videos
Many local leagues and districts produce their own umpire training presentations these days; our friends in California District 4 have done the best job of it that we’ve seen so we are happy to point you in their direction. Disregard the D4-specific stuff and do also accept that sometimes the best of information can be outdated before it’s even published… up-to-date 2025 information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
